Scope of this policy
This policy explains how the operator of demolitionmandurah.com.au handles personal information gathered through this website, its enquiry form, and calls to (08) 9516 2266. It is written with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in mind, in language a person can actually read. Dated August 2026; any revised version replaces this one on this page.
The information you give us
An enquiry usually contains a name, a contact number, an email address, the location of the property and a description of the demolition job — the building, its age, access, timing. That is all we ask for and all we need. Please keep bank details, identity documents and anything sensitive out of the form and off the phone; nothing about arranging a demolition quote requires them.
The form runs on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)
The enquiry form is embedded from GoHighLevel, also branded LeadConnector, a third-party CRM platform. What you type is transmitted to and held on GoHighLevel's infrastructure — which can sit outside Australia, including in the United States — and we access it there to action your enquiry. How GoHighLevel itself treats data is governed by its own published privacy policy.
Calls may be tracked
(08) 9516 2266 may operate as a tracking number. That means call metadata — the number calling, when, and for how long — can be logged, and calls may be recorded, so that enquiries are not lost and so we can tell which pages of the site generate them. Recordings, where they exist, are used only to progress the enquiry that produced them.
Where your enquiry goes
This is a referral website, so passing your enquiry on is its entire function: your details are forwarded to one or more independent demolition contractors servicing Mandurah and the Peel region so they can contact you and quote. From the moment a contractor receives your enquiry, that contractor handles your information under its own practices as a separate business. Apart from referred contractors, your information is disclosed only to the providers that keep this site running — the form platform, web hosting, call tracking and analytics — and where disclosure is legally required. It is not sold, rented or traded to anyone.
Cookies and measurement
Ordinary analytics tooling may set cookies and record technical signals — pages viewed, device type, browser, rough location, how you arrived. This is aggregate measurement of how the site is used, not identification of you as a person. Your browser's settings can block or delete cookies, and the site still works without them.
Keeping and discarding
Enquiry records live in the platforms described above, behind those platforms' security controls, accessible only to the people who handle enquiries. Records are kept while an enquiry is active and for a reasonable business-records period afterwards, then deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you will get a response within a reasonable time. If something has gone wrong with your information and it cannot be sorted out directly, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) accepts complaints. The Terms of Service and Disclaimer round out how this site operates.
