Using demolitionmandurah.com.au, calling the number on it, or submitting its enquiry form means you accept these terms. They were current in August 2026 and can be updated by publishing a revised version here — check back if it matters to you. If you do not accept them, the site is not for you.
What you are actually using
This website is a referral service for demolition enquiries in Mandurah and the Peel region of Western Australia. It publishes general information and forwards enquiries to independent third-party demolition contractors. Four things follow from that, and each one matters:
- No demolition, strip out, pool removal, asbestos or other trade work is performed by the operator of this site.
- The operator is not a party to, guarantor of, or agent in any contract formed between you and a contractor.
- Contractors who receive referrals are not employed, supervised, controlled or directed by the operator.
- The operator does not check or vouch for any contractor's licence, insurance, qualifications or standard of work — verification is yours to do, and the disclaimer explains exactly how.
Scope, price, program, warranties and payment for any job are agreed between you and the contractor, on the contractor's terms.
Published information is general
Every cost band, permit summary, timeframe and suburb note on this site is general information carrying the date shown on its page. None of it is a quote, legal advice, building advice or a promise — including any promise that a permit will be granted, that a price band fits your property, or that a contractor will take your job. Test regulatory questions with your local government or WorkSafe WA, and rely only on a written quote for money.
What we ask of you
Submit accurate details, enquire only about property you own or are authorised to act for, and do not use the site, its form or its phone number for scraping, spam, impersonation or anything unlawful. Enquiries that abuse the service can be discarded without response.
Site content
The words, layout and images on this site belong to the operator or their licensors. Linking to the site is welcome; republishing or commercially reproducing its content without permission is not.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows — and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, none of whose non-excludable rights these terms touch — the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of this site, from reliance on its general information, or from anything done or not done by an independent contractor you engage after referral. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the referral.
